WiDA Screener and K-WAPT | This assessment is used to identify students that qualify for the English Language Development Program. | Students new to the district with a home language other than English K-12 | At the start of the school year, the screening must occur in the first 30 days. The screening should occur within the first 10 days of enrollment otherwise. |
ACCESS | Measures students’ proficiency of the English Language. | NEP & LEP K-5 |
